On the afternoon of April 1, the Information Technology Chamber of Commerce of Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce held its second general meeting. Changshou Ziqi, vice chairman of the all-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, vice chairman of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese people's political Consultative Conference, chairman of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, Yang Qian, member of the party group and vice chairman of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Zhang Dezhi, member of the standing Committee of the Qingpu District CPC Committee and head of the United Front work Department, attended the meeting.

On behalf of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Municipal General Chamber of Commerce, Shou Ziqi congratulated the smooth convening of the conference and the newly elected leadership of the second Chamber of Commerce. He hoped that the Chamber of Commerce would seize the opportunity of the scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation to develop new quality productivity in line with local conditions. The establishment ceremony of the Yangtze River Delta Information Technology Application Innovation Alliance, the alliance is jointly established by the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce Information Technology Chamber of Commerce, Shanghai Internet of things Association, Anhui Yangtze River Delta Information Technology Application Innovation Industry Association, Anhui computer Industry Chamber of Commerce, Ningbo Science and Technology Innovation Association of Zhejiang Province, and Wuxi Internet of things Industry Association of Jiangsu Province. The alliance was established to enhance the overall development of the information technology industry in the Yangtze River Delta.

Dr. Qi Li, a second-level researcher at the Third Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security and deputy director of the Internet of Things Technology Research and Development Center, gave a keynote speech on the application of new technologies for cyberspace security, and shared the relationship between information technology development and cyberspace security on the current international situation.
